Client Objective

Client was a carrier grade SIP trunking and provider and wanted us to build a web application that allows them and their customers to manage their purchases along with many other features listed down below.

Product Features

• SIP Trunking: This service allows businesses to make international calls using the internet, providing cost-effective and flexible pricing for each destination.

• Virtual Phone Numbers: VoIP SIP Trunking Provider offers virtual phone numbers from over 60 countries, enabling businesses to establish a local presence globally

• Hosted PBX: Their cloud-based PBX service includes over 30 features such as voicemail, auto attendant, call forwarding, and call centre capabilities.

• Safety Limits: User has the ability to whitelist/blacklist area codes to avoid spam calls.

• Maximum Outbound Rates: : This feature helps users to prevent outgoing calls from exceeding a specified threshold.

• Auto Replenishment: It enables automatic recharge when your balance reaches a predefined threshold.
